[TYPO3-project-seminars] disable / hide some RTE buttons

Isn't this RTE configuration applied to all RTE instances and not only
to the one in the seminars extension?

Wouldn't be something like this be better?

RTE.config.tx_seminars.description >
RTE.config.tx_seminars.description.showButtons =
cut,copy,paste,bold,italic,orderedlist,unorderedlist,link,removeformat

(Didn't test it. Just created it based on the information in doc_core_api.)
