[TYPO3-project-seminars] Wrong charset in the body of notification / thank you-mails

Hi Niels,

phpMyAdmin states:
for the MySQL-server:
MySQL charset:  UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)

and for the TYPO3-database:
collation: latin1_swedish_ci

Could this be the problem?
