[TYPO3-project-seminars] oelib 0.4.2 has been released

Hi everybody,

I've just released version 0.4.2 of the extension "One Is Enough
Library" (formerly known as "Oliver's Extension Library"), extension key
"oelib".

This version contains some optimizations concerning performance and
memory consumption which also improve this for the Seminar Manager. In
addition, it provides many new features for unit testing.

Updating is recommended (but not required) for all users of the Seminar
Manager. (This oelib version also will be required for seminars 0.7.0.)

You can find the new version in the TER.

If you think the oelib upgrade has caused any bugs for you, please
report them in the bug tracker at <https://bugs.oliverklee.com/>
