You need to make sure that there's a TS template with the Seminars
static template included even in the system folders where you keep you
seminars-related records. (That's because the template contains
important settings, e.g. the date format.)

You can either add a template add the topmost system folder, or you can
move the system folders to be inside your site root page tree.
