[TYPO3-project-seminars] Roadmap for 0.7.0 and 0.6.x

Hi everybody,

as you may have noticed, we release new versions of the Seminar Manager 
when they are ready instead of on fixed dates.

To make it easier for you to see how far we're with the next major 
release (0.7.0 in this case), we've added a link to the roadmap to the 
front page of our bug tracker: <https://bugs.oliverklee.com/>.

(Note: The roadmap for 0.7.0 is not complete yet. We'll add more bugs to 
this list during the next few days.)

In addition, we've added a link to the list of bugs targetted at 0.6.x 
maintenance releases.
