That did the trick.  I think I got that confused with the field for # of
children.  I was able to successfully register after adding that field.

Now for a little more tweaking to see if I can make this look a little more
like what I want.

There isn't a way to enable someone to register for multiple events at the
same time, is there?  We're trying to let parents register children for
different week-long activities and it would be convenient to do that all at
once if that's possible.

I really appreciate the help.
