[TYPO3-project-seminars] Changing the fields in notification mail

Hello,

how can I change the different fields in the notification Mail?

At the moment it look like that:

[Daten des Seminars]
title: xyz
date: xyz
place: xyz

[Daten, die bei der Anmeldung angegeben wurden]
interests: xzy
expectations: xyz

How can I change for example interests in ABC? In which file I have to  
do that?
