[TYPO3-project-seminars] Proceed to Checkout - error/page not found?

I'm sure that something is configured incorrectly, but I'm not quite sure what
it could be in this case.

When I am logged in and attempt to register for an event, I click on the
"Proceed to Checkout" option and am promptly kicked to my "Page not found"
page.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong or what I may have missed?  I tried
to follow all of the steps listed, but could easily have missed something.
