[TYPO3-project-seminars] oelib 0.5.0 has been released

Hi everybody,

I've just released oelib 0.5.0 to the TER. This version should bring a
nice performance boost to the Seminar Manager and One-time account
extensions.

Note: If you're are using a not-released developer version of these two
extensions, please don't update oelib yet. Please wait for the next
official release of these two extensions. Otherwise, your site might break.
