[TYPO3-project-seminars] Cant`t download csv file for course, that takes place tomorrow

That isn't the way the extension is supposed to behave. (The CSV file
should be downloadable anytime.) Could you please file this in the bug
tracker <https://bugs.oliverklee.com/>?
