[TYPO3-project-seminars] Display useful course numbers when using Topics/Event Dates

We are trying to use course numbers that indicate both the Topic and the 
Date. For instance DSLR-28OCT08 tells us both items.

Looking through the display templates in seminars_pi1.tmpl I don't see a 
way to display the Event Title for use. Are there any other ways to do this?
