To get the list view to show any seminars, try adding the PIDs of the
sysfolders where you keep you seminar records:

lib.teaser.10.10.pages = 123,124

Generally, you cannot have a normal list view * on the same page as a
detailed view (the list view automatically will be used as a detailed view).

* except for special list views like "other dates for this topic" and
"events starting the next day" which both are part of the detailed view
