[TYPO3-project-seminars] German manual/tutorial

Hi everybody,

Andreas Balzer and David Lenherr kindly have provided German
translations of part of the Seminar Manager manual. I've just merged the
two translations and added it to the official versions in SVN as
doc/german-manual.sxw (both for the trunk as the 0.5.x branch).

Thanks a lot to Andreas and David for the good work!

If you would like to translate further parts of the manual, please
always get the latest version from SVN (trunk) and then upload the
updated version to the bug tracker:
<https://bugs.oliverklee.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1037> I'll then take care
of committing it to SVN.

To the developers: If you make any changes to the manual, please also
change the German manual accordingly so that both versions stay
synchronized.
