[TYPO3-project-seminars] Seminar Manager: Italian translation added

Hi

FYI: I've just added a full Italian localization to the Seminar Manager.
This will be released with the next bigger release which will be 0.6.0.

I'd like to thank Mauro Lorenzutti for his work with the translation.
Currently the Seminar Manager contains ~500 labels that were translated.
