[TYPO3-project-seminars] details of applicants to seminar

Dear friends,

when a registered user of a website wants to register for a seminar, their
details should be filled in the application form.

Is there a way to force this behaviour?

In our installation, when a user logs in and then tries to register for a
seminar, the fields in the application form are still empty.
