Which version of TYPO3, Seminar Manager, PHP and MySQL are you using?

Are you using TemplateVoilà?

Does this problem occur in the list view?

Does this problem also occur when creating other seminar-related
records, e.g. speakers, seminar sites or payment methods?

Does this problem occur every time you create a seminar record?
