[TYPO3-project-seminars] seminars 0.5.0 / payment / electronic debit transfer

hello,
thx oliver, seminars 0.5.0 looks good for my needs but i dont get the
additional fields for registration displayed.
i added the names (account_owner, ...) to the list in the BE. is it
possible, that the html-template (seminars_pi1) doesnt contain the new
fields?
how can i check if formidable is working properly? i have installed the
0.5.0, hope its the right one..
