This might be a bug. Please file a bug in the bug tracker, including
steps to reproduce and the version numbers of the Seminar Manager,
TYPO3, PHP and MySQL. Please also post your TS setup for the Seminar
Manager there and specify whether you're using TemplaVoilà,
simulateStaticDocuments, realUrl or anything other that might influence
the generation of links.
