[TYPO3-project-seminars] Please rate this extension in the TER

Hi everybody,

the TER offers a rating feature for extensions that allows users to rate
the functionality, the documentation and the code of extensions and
leave a comment.

Currently, there are not ratings for the Seminar Manager yet. So have a
go at the ratings and let other people know what you think about this
extension! :-)
