[TYPO3-project-seminars] German manual

Hi everybody,

as there is no German manual/tutorial for the Seminar Manager extension
yet, but a few people have volunteered to write one, I've created an
entry in the bug tracker for it:

Please use that entry to coordinate the German manual/tutorial.
