Yes, you can only define the size of the list view per page. Currently,
the settings in plugin.tx_seminars_pi1.listView cannot be set in the
flexforms. (If you like, you can enter a feature request at
https://bugs.oliverklee.com/ so this idea doesn't get lost.)

As a workaround, you can set a different value for the page with the
real list view (using an extension TS template) and hide the news column
on that page.
