[TYPO3-project-seminars] registration confirmation email

Dear friends,

when a person who is not registered as a user of the website registers for a
seminar, we would like to send a confirmation email, with a link the person
has to clik on in order to confirm the registration (to avoid improper use
of the registration form).

How do you do that? We did not find anything in the documentation.
