This probably is the following bug (probably a redirect problem):

Please report anything that could us help tracking down or fixing the
bug there. Especially interesting are the following questions:

Is this happening consistently or only sometimes?

Are you navigating with the back button when this happens?

Are you using realUrl or simulateStaticDocuments?
