[TYPO3-project-seminars] offer support of project

Here I'm again. :-)

As I said, I don't know anything about php / MySQL, but nevertheless
would like to help in this project by spending some time on useful things...
What shall I do? Set up a fresh local typo3 4.0.3 installation on
windoof and write a tutorial how to set up an working seminar manager in
ver 0.4.7?
Or is there anything better to do for me?
