[TYPO3-project-seminars] problems with storing subscribers

Hello,
I have problems with storing the subscribers of my seminars.

TYPO3 4.0.1

Loaded Extensions:
erotea_date2cal, css_styled_content, frontendformslib, 
sr_feuser_register, kb_md5fepw, newloginbox, seminars, fh_library, 
sr_static_info, static_info_tables, static_info_tables_de, templavoila


Is it possible, that the seminars-extension has problems with templavoila?
