[TYPO3-rte] enable bootstrap3 styles for inline and block elements

Hello,

I currently work on bootstrap3 class parameters for content layouts, 
section_frames and now its time to work on the rte settings. I am not 
sure how to enable classes, which should render two classes in one.

Example: for a, p and span tags I would like to enable

Button default: class="btn btn-defaul"
Button primary: class="btn btn-primary"

Is this possible with the rte to process two class names in one 
variable? Could someone give me an example code? Thanks a lot!
