[TYPO3-rte] Link transformation problem

Thanks for your answer, it brought me on the right track.

In the end I found out, that putting the rte-enabled field in a palette 
was the source of the problem.

tt_content.bodytext, which I compared to, doesn't put the field in a 
palette either, so this may be a RTE (or some other component) bug?
