[TYPO3-rte] rteHtmlArea caret returns to pos 0 TYPO3 ver. 4.5.19

Hello all,

When editing text, the caret returns to start of line when you've typed 
the first letter. (2 or 3 letters if you type fast).

This happens in Chrome and IE, rteHtmlArea works fine in Firefox, 
haven't done tests with other browsers yet.

This was not a problem in v. 4.5.16.

I've tried disabling compressed scripts, no change.

I've had the rte debugger enabled, but it didn't provide any information 
other than the rte was loaded.

Anyone seen this before ?
