[TYPO3-rte] Button to select pastebehaviour not displayed in backend

Hi Andreas

just for the record: I finally found out that there's a (not new) 
Extension named ad_rtepasteplain that can be used if the onboard 
behaviour won't work. It's very basic, but not that bad. Why didn't I 
look that way before! Of course it doesn't replace a smooth pasting 
behaviour in RTE
