[TYPO3-rte] rteHtmlArea caret returns to pos 0 TYPO3 ver. 4.5.19

I noticed it's already on forge http://forge.typo3.org/issues/41411
But IE isn't mentioned. Are you sure it also happens in IE? If so, you 
could confirm that on forge
