[TYPO3-rte] Inserting tables broken in 4.5.12 and 4.6.5

This also affects the properties dialogs of table, row, column, and 
cell. Same error message.

The error is related to the border settings. It does NOT occur if

disableBordersFieldsetInTableOperations = 1
