[TYPO3-rte] How to activate abbr/acronym plugin?

Hi again!

OK, adding that extension made the plugin to be loaded in RTE, but I 
still don't get the button to display. What _else_ could I be missing? 
Right now I'm having a truckload of buttons (will cut this down later) 
but not the one I'm hunting for... :-)
