[TYPO3-rte] button "acronym" not shown any more for BE_users

now the button is visible for all BE_users.

but something else is not working now as before:

acronym in the past could also be used to explain a word in a text, 
without using the acronym sysfolder (in a website i have quite a lot of 
those):

	<acronym title="something explained">something</acronym>

now the same would be the following, but only with new acronyms:

	<acronym title="something explained"></acronym>

i.e. the "something" itself would be eliminated, which is not what it 
should do.

how come?
