[TYPO3-rte] No rtehtmlarea with TYPO3 4.2.6 since update to the latest PHP Version

RTE seems to be disabled in your configuration.

Make sure [BE][RTEenabled] is set to 1 in the Install tool.

You should also update your TYPO3 4.2 to the latest fix level. Always 
use the version of the RTE included in the TYPO3 package.
