[TYPO3-rte] buttons.image.options.removeItems also removes image properties

Hi,
I try to disable for the editors the plain and the drag & drop tabs in 
the the image browser of the RTE with: buttons.image.options.removeItems 
= plain, dragdrop

And that works. So only the magic tab is visible. But now also 
disappeared the possibility to change the image properties (width, 
height, float etc.) Also the handles are not shown if I click on an 
imported image.
Sometimes (very few times) if the image is selected (blue) the 
properties appear but mostly the selection window (image browser).

Is this a misunderstanding of me?
Is this standard functionality?
Or is this a bug?
