[TYPO3-rte] Where to download rtehtmlarea version 1.9.3

Hi list

Where can I download rtehtmlarea version 1.9.3? I can't find the version 
in TER or Extensionsmanager.

TYPO3 v. 4.3.5 use rtehtmlarea v. 1.8.11 and TYPO3 v. 4.4.0 use 
rtehtmlarea 2.0.2.

I would like to try feature #14094:
htmlArea RTE: Optionally add rel attribute to link dialogue

Will v. 1.9.3 work under TYPO3 vers. 4.3.5? And/Or will v. 2.0.2 work 
under TYPO3 v. 4.3.5?
