[TYPO3-rte] Messed-up link generation in RTE

Hi,

as probably some of you might already have noticed there is a bunch of 
people having serious trouble with setting links with RTE these days.

Some bug reports point out this problem, e.g.

Concerning this matter the BT remains silent so far.
Can anybody give any background on this problem maybe some idea for the 
reason or any work in progress that has not been communicated in the BT?
