[TYPO3-rte] No Block Style for table styles

Under TYPO3 4.2.8 in my Table Properties popup we have Description, 
Header and Style blocks showing, however the select boxes under Style 
for Table Classes, Body, and Header are greyed out and do not show the 
defined styles available.

In my page TS config there are:

RTE.default.contentCSS = fileadmin/.../rte.css
RTE.default.classesTable = popup
RTE.default.buttons.blockstyle.tags.tr.allowedClasses = popup
RTE.default.showTagFreeClasses = 1

lib.parseFunc_RTE.externalBlocks = ul,ol,table
lib.parseFunc_RTE.externalBlocks.table.stdWrap.HTMLparser.tags.table.fixAttrib.class.list

What am I missing?
