[TYPO3-rte] RTE: three dots '...' are displayed as question mark in FE !

Hey Tyler,

thanks. I already tried three seperate dots, but it didnt look as good  :(

I fixed my problem, when I went to the install tool, and enforced utf-8.
:-) I kinda missed that :D
