[TYPO3-rte] RTE: media-tag dont work in tt_news content

Hi Stanislas,

this line was already in the config.
Finally, we found the solution:
*ahem*...
We change everything, but nothing really helps.
It took hours till we realize: the news-sysfolder is not
a child of "home", where all the config is, it is
on the same level. he cant inherit all our entrys, natch.

So simply copying the root-config in config of the news-sysfolder
solve this issue...
grrrrr....
