[TYPO3-RTE] tinymce_rte templates unwanted wraps and disapearing tag

it would be nice, if someone can tell me how to disable this rendering of P elements around IMG 
elements. As far as I know, IMG elements may occur as child in block-elements except PRE, 
inline-elements and with HTML Transitional even within the body-element.

Setting margin:0 is not enough, you also need display:inline, BUT I don't need a P-element around an 
IMG-element anyway.
