[TYPO3-rte] rtehtmlarea (or css_styled_content) creates wrong anchor links

Hi folks,

we have a problem in our installation with links to specific CEs. By default, every CE can be accessed by an id="c12345".

If I set a link to a specific CE, the preceeding c is missing and therefore the link is wrong.

The link in rte codeview:

The link in DB
<link 90#15225& - internal-link>Interner Link</link>

The link in FE:
href="sprachenzentrum/#15225&amp;"

Can anybody confirm this behaviour? I am on 4.3 trunk, some revision from yesterday.
