[TYPO3-RTE] RTE not working at all

Hello

I finally found out what was the problem causing this. It was that
zend.ze1_compatibility_mode was on
zend.ze1_compatibility_mode on

so we turned it off. I think this is only something that should be 
running in PHP 4
