[TYPO3-RTE] Static_info_tables required for trunk RTE?

Hi,

when using the current trunk without static_info_tables installed I get
the following error when trying to open any content with RTE:

"Fatal error: Class 'tx_staticinfotables_div' not found in
/var/www/eclipse/typo3_src42trunk/typo3/sysext/rtehtmlarea/extensions/Language/class.tx_rtehtmlarea_language.php
on line 107"

After installing static_info_tables it works without problems. Is this
intended?
