[TYPO3-RTE] problems with <div class="indent">...</div>

Make sure that indent if included in
RTE.default.proc.allowedClasses

You may have other issues in your settings for
RTE.default.proc. I would recommend to use the default from 
EXT:rtehtmlarea/res/proc/pageTSConfig.txt
