[TYPO3-RTE] RTE transformations ! get rid of valign inside td tag

The processing has two directions from DB to RTE (load) and from the RTE
to the DB (save). The main processing is responsible for the hanndling
of LINK and other TYPO3 custom tags that go into the DB.
