[TYPO3-RTE] RTE transformations ! get rid of valign inside td tag

Hi Stanislas,

You're right, that was inserted manually via the source view of the RTE.
So I have both to make it disapear and not allow it ;)
I'm gonna try your line, but I think i've tried it already.
