[TYPO3-RTE] typo3 4.2.1 rtehtmlarea

It is a new TYPO3 4.2.1 native installation , Linux, PHP5  Dummy DB. No 
customizations done.

Scenario:

Create a new content element e.g. text.
The editor is loaded. This error message appears:

Zeile: 696
Zeichen: 109
Fehler: ')' erwartet
Code: 0
/typo3/alt_doc.php?returnUrl=%2Ftypo3%2Fsysext%2Fcms%Flayout%2Fdb_layout.php%3Fid%3D2&edit[tt_content][1,]=edit

Click ok:

A plain white text field is shown.

All of the buttons on the top of it are missing.

Additionally:

Click "save document"  --> JS-Message-window "undefined" opens.

What's wrong?
