[TYPO3-RTE] Allowing to gzip htmlArea RTE js scripts

Hi,

I have attached to bugtracker issue #9546
(http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=9546) a patch that enables gzip
compression of htmlArea RTE's JavaScript files when extension gzip
(http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/gzip/current/) is
installed. The patch applies to current TYPO3core trunk.

If anyone would like to test and/or comment, I would appreciate.
