[TYPO3-RTE] New behaviour of fontstyle and fontsize features

once more many thanks for all the work you put into this.
I used htmlArea myself on many occasions and extended and changed it a 
lot. But I never managed to bring it to the level of cleanliness and 
standardization that you have achieved. Great work!
